• INVESTMENT POLICIES

Minimum Investment Threshold: The company requires a minimum investment of $5,000 for activation of any investment plan. Deposits below this threshold will not be recognized.
Capital Lock-In Period: All invested capital is subject to a minimum lock-in period (e.g., 25–30 days depending on the plan) during which withdrawals are not permitted.
Reinvestment Policy: Profits earned can be withdrawn or reinvested. However, reinvestments are treated as new investments and subject to the same lock-in terms.



• WITHDRAWAL POLICIES

Minimum Withdrawal Amount: Withdrawals can be any eligible amount but must not be lower than $5,000.
Withdrawal Processing Time: All withdrawal requests are processed within 24 business hours.
Withdrawal Approval: Withdrawals are only processed if the investor meets the company’s eligibility requirements (lock-in compliance, KYC verification, and no active violations).



• ACCOUNT & VERIFICATION POLICIES

KYC (Know Your Customer): Investors must complete identity verification before deposits or withdrawals.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): Suspicious or unusually large transactions will trigger an internal compliance review.
Multiple Accounts Policy: Each investor is entitled to one verified account. Multiple accounts may lead to suspension.



• PROFIT DISTRIBUTION POLICIES

Profit Calculation: Profits are calculated daily/weekly (depending on the plan) and credited to the investor’s account balance on dashboard.
Profit Withdrawal: Only accumulated profits above the set threshold can be withdrawn.
Profit Reversal Policy: In cases of system error, the company reserves the right to reverse incorrect profit credits.



• DEPOSIT POLICIES

Accepted Payment Methods: Only approved crypto assets (USDT & BTC) are accepted.
Deposit Confirmation: All deposits must reach the required blockchain confirmations before being credited.
Invalid Deposits: Deposits made to expired or incorrect wallet addresses will not be credited and cannot be refunded.



• RISK DISCLOSURE POLICIES

Market Volatility: All investments carry inherent risks due to cryptocurrency market volatility.
Non-Guarantee Clause: The company does not guarantee fixed returns. Advertised returns are based on historical performance.
Loss Liability: Rexos Inc bears full responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of market fluctuations.

Jurisdiction: The company operates under the laws of its registered jurisdiction.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will first go through mediation before legal action.
Policy Updates: The company reserves the right to update policies at any time.



• OPERATIONAL POLICIES

Communication: Official communication will only come through verified company emails and platforms.
Customer Support: Investors may contact support for inquiries. The company does not authorize employees to receive funds directly.
System Maintenance: Downtime due to system upgrades will be communicated at least 24 hours prior.
